* Achieve the 2023 quality targets, meet quality targets in every production process, and ensure zero (0) line stops at the customer\u2019s site.
* Develop human resources with HORENSO capabilities and proactive proposal skills (zero (0) loss of time and cost due to communication errors).
* Zero (0) workplace accidents.

Target Perusahaan (2023)<\/mark><\/strong>
Sasaran Perusahaan untuk mencapai penjualan IDR350M pada tahun 2023 dan untuk memastikan mencapai 2% sebagai pendapatan biasa adalah sebagai berikut:
* Mendapatkan pelanggan yang baru dan perluasan bisnis yang sudah ada (order baru lebih dari IDR30M).
* Mengurangi biaya proses rata-rata 3% untuk semua produk.
